Bison School Title 1 Program Parent/Family Survey
The purpose of this survey is to determine K-12 parents' and families' perceptions and thoughts regarding the school.
There are no "right" or "wrong" answers to any of the questions.
Parents/Families are encouraged to respond honestly so that valid information can be obtained.
This survey is part of our state required Comprehensive Needs Assessment process.
